Our Story

Arborcare has been known for quality service, exceptional efficiency and the highest level of professionalism. With a care for conservation at the very heart.

Founded by John's father Alexander in 1997, Arbocare has been servicing Bath, Wiltshire and surrounding areas  for over 20 years. In that time they have planted over 1000 trees in their family woodland.

Before joining his father, John gained further experience working with the local authority and a post as Senior Tree Surgeon in San Diego, California.

On return, John joined his father, including maintaining the Benjamin family wood known as 'Widbrook Wood' in their home town of Bradford on Avon.

​

In 2012, Alexander took a step back from the day to day running of business eventually retiring to Orkney in Scotland, and passing the reigns across to his son. 

​

John continues to run Arborcare with a small dedicated team.
